The vision of the Abu Dhabi School of Management is to become a leading institute of higher education in teaching and research in the UAE and the Arabian Gulf region. Established by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the School initially offered an MBA programme which was launched in 2013 and is operated in partnership with Imperial College London Business School. With the graduation of its first MBA cohorts, ADSM has worked to expand its academic portfolio to new areas to meet the needs of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the United Arab Emirates. In Autumn 2016, ADSM launched the Master of Science in Quality and Business Excellence in partnership with the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Awards. As ADSM builds its capacities and expands its academic offerings, it seeks to contribute to the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision through its teaching, research and ongoing community engagement activities. Through its graduates, this contribution will take the form of highly talented professionals equipped in the science of management who will take the lead in innovating, improving, and enhancing their environments.

The Unisa Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL) is an autonomous academic department within the College of Economic and Management Sciences at Unisa.

In 1965, following the advice and active support of senior South African business leaders, Unisa decided to introduce a Master of Business Leadership (MBL). The success of this programme, coupled with the unique characteristics associated with a multidisciplinary degree led, in 1969, to the establishment of the SBL as an autonomous body within the university. Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz

The Executive MBA program of the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (EMBA Mainz) is one of the relevant and prestigious Executive MBA programs in Germany. The University of Mainz is a large German university and member of the U15, which is the group of leading large German research universities. The EMBA program is offered by the Gutenberg School of Management and Economics which is part of the Faculty of Law, Management and Economics. The faculty of Law, Management and Economics is among the largest faculties of the Johannes Gutenberg University with more than 5,000 students.

Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College (MBSC) of Business & Entrepreneurship is a new private, higher education institution for both men and women. It has been established through an International partnership between Emaar The Economic City, Babson Global (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Babson College, USA), Lockheed Martin under the umbrella of the Economic Offset Program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MISK foundation.

MBSC will feature Babson College’s unique approach to entrepreneurial education which does not rely on passively listening to classroom lectures but will focus on hands-on experiential learning that is practical and pragmatic. The curriculum uses a set of signature experiential courses that will require students to apply their learning to real world problems or start new social or business ventures. The idea of a University in the Midlands dates back to the foundation of the National University of Science and Technology when Gweru, which was identified as a possible site for a second university campus in the country, lost its bid to Bulawayo. Two other opportunities to host institutions of higher learning (the Open University and the Catholic University) were also missed by the Midlands Province, when the two universities went to Harare instead. It was in the midst of such disappointments that two initiatives gradually converged to give birth to what has since become the Midlands State University. His Excellency, the President R G Mugabe, on the nudging of the Provincial political leadership of the Midlands, accepted to the idea of a national university being built in the Midlands.

This coincided with the then Ministry of Higher Education and Technology’s policy of devolution, which was aimed at expanding access to higher education by converting teachers and technical colleges into degree granting institutions. It was through the process of devolution that beginning in 1998 Gweru Teachers College started to enrol students studying for the Bachelor of Commerce with Education and the Bachelor of Science with Education degrees offered by the University of Zimbabwe.

In the meantime, although the devolution policy inaugurated an irrevocable process of bringing university education to the Midlands, there was a strong feeling, especially in the Province, that what was being done did not quite amount to the President’s promise of a fully-fledged state university in the province. Responding to these feelings, but without losing sight of constraints imposed on Government by declining national funds, the Minister of Higher Education and Technology transformed the devolution project at Gweru into Zimbabwe’s third state university by means of the State University in the Midlands Act of April 1999.

The new University, whose name was later changed to the Midlands State University, was to be initially housed at the Gweru Teachers College premises. The mandate of the institution was contained in its broad objects which are the advancement of knowledge, the diffusion and extension of arts, science and learning, the preservation, dissemination and enhancement of knowledge that is relevant for the development of the people of Zimbabwe through teaching and research and, so far as is consistent with the objects, the nurturing of the intellectual, aesthetic, social and moral growth of the students at the University.


The Russian School of Management is a training center that offers selected world technologies and techniques, tested and adapted for Russian business.


Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo is a non-profit private university located in Guayaquil, Ecuador. Founded by Dr. Carlos Ortega Maldonado, it was accredited by CONESUP, then the Ecuadorian higher education governing agency. Its modern campus is located in Samborondón (Greater Guayaquil). Facultad de Administración y Economía de la Universidad de Santiago de Chile (USACH-FAE) is a leading school of business and economics located in the capital city of Santiago. Centrally located in a traditional area of the city, USACH-FAE is considered a preeminent school with one of the highest graduates’ employment rate in Chile.

The School grew out of Public Accountant School in 1972, when the University of Santiago, a highly ranked public institution in Latin America, got engaged in the endeavour of creating new programmes to meet the new demand of professional in different areas in the productive sector. The history of UBT is one of courage and vision, one that sought to fill the need for specialized and quality business education that would be of benefit to the labor market in Saudi Arabia. Over a short period of 12 years, UBT expanded tremendously by implementing the key factors of effective and courageous leadership while prioritizing a high value for quality education.

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB )is the flagship B-school of Xavier University and was established out of a unique ‘social contract’  between the Government of the State of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society in 1987. The first of its kind in the Eastern region, XIMB, was born out of the willingness to provide service to people and society and functions in the Jesuit spirit of ‘Magis’ which means ‘more’ or ‘better’. It is acknowledged as a premier business school which provides quality management programs and endeavours to develop ‘thought leaders’ as futuristic managers with strong ethics and values. It has been rated A* (the best in class) by CRISIL a reputed rating agency of India.

The Management of the Institute is in the hands of a Board of Governors, consisting of representatives of the Jesuit Society, the Government of India, the Government of Odisha , eminent industrialists and educationists. XIMB has a distinction of consistently being rated on the criteria of intellectual capital, amongst the top business schools in the country and its faculty and research scholars have published their papers in reputed journals and authored monographs and books published by reputed publishers. The institute offers an MBA in Business Management (MBA-BM),an Executive MBA(EMBA and a doctoral program(Ph.D.).It enrolls three hundred and sixty students for the MBA-BM program and about thirty executives for the EMBA program, every year. XIMB as part of its international relations also offers student exchange programs with the Warsaw School of Economics, Poland and IESEG Institute of Management in France. XIMB not only imparts management education but also extends service to the region, state and nation by implementing socio-economic development projects in collaboration with international agencies and the Government . In May 2013, the Government of Odisha passed the Xavier University Act and the Xavier University was established. The twenty seven year old Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) then became a constituent unit of the university but retains its position as the flagship school of the university.


The Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA) at Zayed University is a general management program firmly grounded in the functional areas of the business enterprise.
