What makes a leader impactful?

What makes a leader impactful? And an even tricker question: what makes a leader impactful when they are leading online?

We asked these difficult questions to our podcast guest Steffen Giessner, Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Change at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM).

Steffen joined as a guest on The AMBITION Podcast, to explain the power of presence and how it can play a role in successful management.

Additionally, Steffen spoke about his new book, which he cowrote with Antonie Knoppers and Milly Obdine, Leading with Presence: Fundamental tools and insight for Impactful, Engaging Leadership.

Finally, he shared some tips on how leaders could make use of this elusive notion of presence, especially when it comes to leading online.
