Dealing with unprecedented change

Our world is changing constantly and it’s those people with bounce-back-ability that will be able to learn, adapt, grow, thrive and succeed. AMBA has developed a free training programme, exclusively for members, to help you understand what it takes to face even the most difficult challenges positively

This programme guides you through simple actions you can take to help yourself and your colleagues cope with unprecedented change. Topics include how to get the most from remote working, coping with change and how to improve your mindset when faced with a new challenge.

Many of us have been working remotely or in a hybrid format for some time. But have you been trained explicitly to make this work for you and your teams? Are you aware of the responsibilities from an employer and employee perspective?

This programme will support you with your awareness of how to stay productive at home and how to handle certain situations.

The mindset you adopt shapes your actions. At this incredibly different time, become more comfortable with how you feel and learn techniques to help you move forward.

To access the programme, simply log into the members area of the AMBA website at www.associationofmbas.com/login, click Career Development Centre on the left panel, then when you enter the careers platform simply click on ‘Learning’ and ‘Dealing with Unprecedented Change’, to start the programme.
