Learning path: looking for inspiration

Everyone hits bumps in the road in their career at some point and it may be that you are disillusioned or simply bored. You may be struggling for a creative spark, for motivation or for challenges. Learn about changing your approach, and finding the right person to talk to, to inject inspiration and newness into your work as well as tips on staying motivated and getting out of your comfort zone

There’s a lot we can learn from athletes, both in terms of their attitude and their behaviours. This isn’t about winning the next race you enter, but succeeding in everything you do. Find out how thinking like an athlete can transform your performance at work. Start by working out what motivates you.

In this course, you will explore the seven key skills successful people have and regularly use. Possessing these skills can make a difference to your career.

You may feel that you’re doing ok with work or there may be some niggling awareness that you could do better. Many people sit with the status quo because it’s simply too difficult to do anything else, but, if you examine some of your core beliefs, the power to make a change may be a lot simpler than you think.

In this learning, you will explore the benefits of stepping outside of your comfort zone.
