Corvinus University of Budapest officially received re-accreditation from the Association of MBAs (AMBA), one of the world’s leading authorities on post-graduate business education, demonstrating its continuing commitment to excellence in management education.
Upon receiving AMBA accreditation, all current MBA and recent MBA alumni of Corvinus University of Budapest are invited to join AMBA’s global member community of more than 60,000 students and alumni in more than 150 countries on a free basis, for networking, thought leadership, career development, and a variety of benefits.
Accreditation from the Association of MBAs represents the highest standard of achievement in post-graduate business education. Its rigorous assessment criteria ensure that only the highest-calibre programmes which demonstrate the best standards in teaching, curriculum, and student interaction achieve Association of MBAs accreditation.
Corvinus University of Budapest is a not-for-profit private university in Hungary. Since its founding, it has
developed a reputation as being the leading higher education institution in its specialist disciplines in Hungary, with alumni including numerous executives of leading Hungarian publicly listed companies, ministers of finance and trade, and leaders of the country’s central bank.
During the accreditation process conducted by AMBA, members of the accreditation panel, representing senior management from globally accredited business schools, commended the institution’s strong research culture and profile, which they thought provided a solid foundation for the MBA curricula and teaching.
The panel also noted that the institution was able to attract excellent MBA students.
Finally, the new premises for the MBA. which are currently under construction, were seen to be an exciting development and a sign of the long-term prosperity and ambition of the institution.
