ESLSCA University wins prestigious BGA Business School Impact Award in the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2024 for ESLSCA’s MBA governmental programme: transforming government public officials into change catalysts

ESLSCA University scooped the coveted BGA Business School Impact Award, at the world-renowned Association of MBA’s (AMBA) and Business Graduates Association (BGA) Excellence Awards 2024 for ESLSCA’s MBA governmental programme: transforming government public officials into change catalysts.

The AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2024 were held on January 19, 2024 at the exceptional Park Plaza London Riverbank. The Awards brought together leading lights from the global business education community to celebrate excellence and commend achievement among business schools, MBA students and graduates, suppliers and employers.

The ceremony was attended by more than 200 business school leaders, as well as category finalists, judges and members of the media.

The BGA Business School Impact Award is a celebration of business schools’ positive impact on all their stakeholders – from students and graduates to communities and the economy as a whole – in line with BGA’s vision and charter.

It is designed to showcase how business schools are contributing to the betterment of society using both quantitative and qualitative analysis of activities, initiatives and/or programmes.

ESLSCA University has launched a fully-funded MBA programme to support government officials in their leadership roles. This transformational programme is tailored to shift civil servants from traditional public administration to business administration and intrapreneurship mindsets, aligning with the UN SDGs and the university’s commitment to societal welfare. By investing in the education and training of government officials, the university aims to promote effective governance and encourage others to participate in similar initiatives to  equip the public sector with the latest global business trends. This programme highlights the value of supporting decision-makers and their impact on society’s progress and well-being.

“We are truly honoured that ESLSCA University Egypt has been recognized on the global stage, standing out as the only institution from the MENA region to be shortlisted for three awards alongside numerous European and international universities. This achievement underscores our commitment to education-driven development, excellence, positive impact, and sustainability. I express my deep pride and gratitude for this remarkable recognition. The success of the ESLSCA MBA governmental programme over the past decade has played a significant role in advancing Egypt’s public sector. This accolade serves as motivation for us to persist in delivering a high-quality educational experience, nurturing future leaders, and making meaningful contributions to both local and global communities.”said Dr. Ali El Meligui, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, ESLSCA University.

Andrew Main Wilson, Chief Executive of the Association of MBAs and Business Graduates Association (AMBA & BGA) said: “On behalf of the AMBA and BGA team, I would like to congratulate the finalists and winners of this year’s Excellence Awards.
