AMBA & BGA Accreditation Forum 2024

The AMBA & BGA Accreditation Forum, will take place from Monday 24 to Tuesday 25 June 2024, in the cultural city of Prague, Czechia.

The forum is specifically designed to help accreditation professionals at business schools that are applying for AMBA and/or BGA accreditation or re-accreditation.

Forum themes and programme

Our keynote speakers will share insights into the various aspects of AMBA and/or BGA accreditation or re-accreditation including:

  • The accreditation process structure
  • What it takes to make an accreditation submission successful
  • Best practices of successful schools
  • Typical challenges business schools face – and proposed solutions
  • Marketing and communicating your accreditation to key audiences
  • AMBA accreditation in the context of the 300 schools limit
  • AMBA & BGA joint accreditation
  • BGA accreditation and BGA validation
  • Update on AMBA’s revised MBA accreditation criteria.

Session 1: AMBA accreditation process

This session will give you an overview of the AMBA accreditation processes both as a new applicant or a business school seeking re-accreditation including costs, time scales, and logistics.

Session 2: MBA trends and Beyond Accreditation

Discover the latest original research from AMBA & BGA on global trends in post-graduate management education. Amongst an overview of the newest research from the department on students expectations when completing programmes and employers experience with their newly recruited business management employees, we will do a deep dive into AMBA’s annual Application and Enrolment Report – a requirement of all AMBA schools.

In this session, also find out about the Beyond Accreditation experience, including how schools can make the most of promoting their hard-earned accreditation.

Also learn about BGA’s ‘Continuous Impact Model’, a bespoke way of measuring and understanding your direct impact on stakeholders, and how it can be used to improve your school’s unique value proposition and its alignment with responsible management principles.

Conference venue: Grandior Hotel Prague

Our forum venue, the Grandior Hotel Prague, is ideally situated in Prague’s city centre. Attendees will enjoy its proximity to the major attractions of the historic Prague Old Town and public transport links. AMBA & BGA has negotiated preferential room rates for delegates looking to stay at the Grandior Hotel Prague.

In addition, we have also arranged preferential room rates at our venue’s sister hotel, the Grand Majestic Hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away from the Grandior Hotel Prague. (For the Grand Majestic Hotel, single occupancy rooms are 175 Euros per night including breakfast.)
