Jordi Díaz, Daphne Halkias and Paul W Thurman
The Innovative Management Education Ecosystem explores the need for business schools to redefine the concept of an innovative business school ecosystem through a strategic commitment to experimentation and innovation.
It argues that such change can be realised through partnerships supporting actions that ensure graduates’ and workers’ access to skills building, reskilling and upskilling. In so doing, it draws on case studies and highlights best practices that can be implemented in public–private as well as private–private partnerships.
The book’s insights are designed to benefit the development of innovative curricula and training programmes and, at the same time, labour markets. It is therefore aimed at readers from industry and academia as well as government institutions.
